We are delighted to have you join us on this transformative journey. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for your participation in our year-long program, designed to support heart-centered women and purpose-driven entrepreneurs in building their legacy brands. Please read this agreement carefully and let us know if you have any questions.

1. Program Overview

As a participant in the Brand Aura Marketing Mystery School, you will receive:

  • Access to the online dashboard with teachings and templates
  • Access to four group calls per month
  • Access to private one-on-one coaching calls
  • Brand Aura templates for the Brand Bible and Brand Aura Blueprint

2. Financial Details and Cancellation Policy

In accordance with Hawaii state law, you have three (3) days from the date of purchase to negate this contract and receive a full refund. After this period, all payments are non-refundable. Your timely investment and commitment are crucial to your success in the program.

3. Confidentiality

We value your trust and privacy. All information shared within the program is confidential. This includes any personal, business, or proprietary information disclosed during group calls, private coaching sessions, and within the online dashboard. We expect all participants to respect and uphold this confidentiality.

4. Non-Defamation Clause

By participating in this program, you agree not to make any false, disparaging, or defamatory statements about Brand Aura Studio, the Brand Aura Marketing Mystery School, its founders, staff, or other participants. Our community thrives on mutual respect and support, and we trust you to uphold these values.

5. Disclaimer

While our goal is to help you improve and grow your business, please note that this program is not therapy. The outcomes of your participation depend on your own efforts, commitment, and implementation of the teachings provided. We provide guidance, tools, and support, but your success is ultimately in your hands.
