Terms of Sale for True Myth Retreat

These Terms of Sale (“Agreement”) apply to your purchase of the True Myth Retreat (“Retreat”), organized by Brand Aura Inc., a Hawaii-based corporation, with Athena Llewellyn Barat as CEO. By registering for this Retreat, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the time of registration unless otherwise specified in a payment plan.
  • A non-refundable deposit of [amount] is required to secure your spot.
  • Full payment must be completed by [final payment date] unless otherwise agreed.

2. Refund Policy

  • In compliance with Hawaii state law, you have 72 hours from the time of purchase to request a refund.
  • After the 72-hour refund window, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to illness, travel delays, personal emergencies, or dissatisfaction with the Retreat experience.
  • If you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to another person with prior written approval from Brand Aura Inc.

3. Liability Release

  • You understand that participation in the True Myth Retreat involves physical activities, group excursions, and personal development exercises.
  • By registering, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel, lodging, excursions, and participation in all scheduled activities.

4. Waiver of Liability

  • Brand Aura Inc., Athena Llewellyn Barat, employees, contractors, and event partners shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, illnesses, damages, delays, or losses related to the Retreat.
  • This includes but is not limited to transportation delays, acts of God, natural disasters, political events, strikes, pandemics, and personal emergencies.

5. Medical Disclaimer

  • Participants are solely responsible for their health and well-being.
  • Medical Insurance: You must carry personal travel and medical insurance, as Brand Aura Inc. does not provide insurance coverage.
  • Medical Conditions: Please disclose any relevant health concerns in advance to ensure your safety and well-being during the Retreat.

6. Travel & Documentation

  • You are responsible for obtaining and carrying all necessary travel documents, including valid passports, visas, and proof of vaccinations (if applicable).
  • Brand Aura Inc. is not responsible for travel restrictions or entry denial by immigration authorities.

7. Photography & Media Release

  • By participating in the Retreat, you consent to being photographed or filmed during the experience. Brand Aura Inc. reserves the right to use such media for promotional purposes unless you provide written notice opting out prior to the Retreat.

8. Force Majeure

  • If the Retreat is canceled, postponed, or disrupted due to events beyond Brand Aura Inc.’s control, including acts of nature, war, or pandemics, no refunds will be issued. We will make every effort to reschedule or offer an alternative experience.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawaii, USA.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation before pursuing legal action.

10. Acknowledgment & Agreement

By registering for the True Myth Retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Sale. You release Brand Aura Inc., Athena Llewellyn Barat, and associated parties from any claims arising from your participation in the Retreat.
